LEED HOUSE IN THE EASTERN TOWNSHIPS!

Did you know that the Eastern Townships are home to the first LEED Platinum (highest degree of distinction for the LEED certification) house in Canada? The Orfie houses/cottages, situated in the small town of Eastman, was honoured in December 2009. With 1400 square feet, 3 bedrooms, no basement and maximizing the suns energy, the houses are open to the public and can be rented for a weekend or a few weeks. Read the article below! (In french)

CleanMed 2010
